JipLabs LLC (“we”) operates JipComply. This notice describes how we process personal and company data when you use the service.
Data we process
- Account data: email, name, authentication and session records.
- Company profile: legal name, jurisdiction, addresses, ownership, and tax residence.
- Financial data: transactions and imports you provide.
- Documents and evidence you upload, plus derived extraction where applicable.
- Ask JipComply usage, support cases, and operational logs for security and audit.
- Fax transmission metadata and provider evidence when you use supported workflows.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service, secure accounts, diagnose support issues, maintain audit trails, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
Subprocessors and providers
We use infrastructure and service providers (hosting, storage, payments, fax, AI) as disclosed in the Trust Center. International transfers may apply depending on provider location.
Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and audit obligations. Deletion requests remove personal workspace data but may retain immutable audit and regulatory records.
Your choices
Export or delete your account from Settings → Security, or contact us for privacy requests at Contact.
